1. If you have never signed up for online registration system please do so from scratch. Online submission system and online registration systems are not the same platform.
2. If you have specific invoice request please include it in the Order notes. If you do not inform us, we would simply put your name and university/affiliation to the invoice and once issued we will not be able to make changes. For in-person participant the invoice will be given to you at the conference, for online/virtual participants the invoice will be emailed to you couple days after the conference is over.
3. If you obtain our bank account details please fill out the form that was emailed to you, do not use online system to register when transferring the fee via bank.
